Does it cost anything to join
The Boomerang Club™? The Boomerang Club is free to join. Not only is it free,
but we’ll give you a reward just for joining and
registering your card.
How do I earn rewards? Every time you visit a participating
Outback Steakhouse and present your card, you earn points
for any amount you spend (not including tax, gratuity
or gift card purchases). Awards are based on your total
purchases, so visit often to earn the most points. Plus,
you may receive a few extra surprises along the way.
Where can I sign up for The Boomerang
Club? Just visit
any Outback in the state of Michigan and ask a server for
a Boomerang Club Invitation. Your server will hand you
a membership card on the spot and you will start earning
points immediately. Then it is up to you to register the
card online, so we can ensure all of your future purchases
are added properly.
Does enrollment require me to
enter any personal info? We
do require certain information to help us contact you and
allow you to redeem points. We will need your name, address,
a valid e-mail address, a postal address with zip code,
a home phone number (to look up your account in case you
forget your card) and your birth date (all applicants must
be at least 21 years of age to enroll).
Who has access to my information? No worries, Mate. Outback
respects your privacy and promises that we will never sell
or share your personal information. Please visit our privacy
policy for additional information on how we protect your
information.
What are the membership benefits? When you register with
The Boomerang Club™, you receive an e-mail certificate
for a free appetizer or dessert. After that, you are rewarded
by how much you spend at Outback Steakhouse. You will earn
1 point for every $1 dollar spent. When you reach certain
point levels you can choose which reward to redeem from
our Boomerang Rewards list. We'll also continue to reward
you with extra surprises throughout the year.
How do I learn about promotions
and awards? A list of rewards
is posted on this website. Click here to review the list. But be sure to check the email provided
because we will send account statements and fun promotions
to this address.
How do I receive credit for qualifying
purchases? Your
card is your key to receiving Boomerang Points. While dining
at a participating Outback Steakhouse show your Boomerang
Club™ card to your server at the beginning of your
meal. This way we can recognize you as soon as you arrive
and give you credit for qualifying purchases.
What purchases earn Boomerang
Points? All food and beverages
and (excluding tax, discounts and gratuity) apply to earning
points. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Some promotions
may offer additional points on qualifying purchases. Points
are not earned on gift card purchases.
What if I forget my Boomerang
Card at home? If you forget
your membership card at home, your server can look up your
account with the telephone number you provided at enrollment.
What purchases qualify for awards? Credit will be given
for dine-in and Curbside Take-Away orders (present your
Boomerang Club™ Card at time of payment). Points
will be awarded for payments with cash or credit, credit
will not be given for sales tax, gratuities or gift card purchases.
Is there a limit to how many
Boomerang Rewards I may redeem? There
is no limit to how many you can redeem. You can choose
to redeem each time you reach any reward level or save
up for an Outback experience like no other.
What if I lose my membership
card? You can continue to
use the phone number you provided at enrollment or visit your local Outback to receive a replacement card.
